M2263 Rapid Allergen Test Kit for Gluten

Rapid Test ProⅡ for Gluten is a qualitative test kit using a lateral flow device.
It is designed for the quick detection of gluten ( or wheat protein ) from allergenic ingredients in unprocessed and processed food, as well as on environmental surfaces (swab test) and in rinse water.
The extraction buffer used in this kit is the same as ELISA KitⅡ and identical for all Rapid Test ProⅡ kits.
Therefore, Rapid Test ProⅡ retains superior performance in the detection of target proteins in both highly processed foods and raw materials.
